What to Do if You Forget Your AACN membership number or
your Subscriber number (non-AACN members)
There are two types of customer numbers.
1. Members of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). Your AACN membership number located on your membership card and on the address labels of your journals directly after the letters "ID" on the second line of your label. If you cannot locate your AACN membership number, please contact American Association of Critical Care Nurses:

2. Subscribers to Critical Care Nurse. Subscriber numbers are located on the second line of your mailing label directly after the letters "ID" and starting with the letter "A". If you cannot locate your subscriber number please contact:
